Guests will be accepted only if they can present a valid, unredeemed GrabOne barcode at the Admissions Desk.
The barcode must be clearly visible (printed or on your mobile device).
Our team will scan your barcode on arrival to verify your entry.
Each barcode can only be used once and cannot be replaced if lost.
No Barcode, No Entry
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other form of proof of purchase from GrabOne. This includes:
Email confirmations or receipts
Screenshots of transactions
Bank or credit card statements
Order or reference numbers
If you cannot provide your GrabOne barcode, you will not be able to redeem entry at the attraction.
